Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges see return policy restrictions due apply
- Please make sure that you use verify our sizing or contact us via email if you are unsure before purchasing.
- If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment.
- Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address you provide during order processing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure to email elegancebydestiny@gmail.com and provide the order confirmation and shipping tracking number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on same day sale items, pop up sale items and/or gift cards.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges as all items are custom made.
